The Old Coach House
New for 2010, this beautifully furnished cottage at Blake Hall is yours on the day and night of the wedding for your exclusive and private hire.
Secluded yet very close to Blake Hall barn, the cottage can be yours for the night of your wedding or, if you prefer, it could be used as a convenient and extremely comfortable place to stay for your family or friends. If available, the cottage can also be reserved for the night before your wedding for you and your bridesmaids, or your family.
On the ground floor there is a lovely sitting room with adjoining fully equipped kitchen providing all the comfort and convenience of a home-away-from-home on your special day. The large Brides Dressing Suite is also downstairs. Here the bride and bridesmaids have seating and a dressing table with lights and mirrors to get themselves ready, with lots of pegs to hang their gowns and bits and pieces. The Dressing Suite is complete with its own facilities for hair washing and lots of fluffy towels and thoughtful touches such as a hairdryer and iPod docking station.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin room, furnished with a lovely fresh 'English Country' feel, with oak beams, pale walls, cream and blue bedding with feather and down duvets and of course lots of hanging space and mirrors. The stylish bathroom has a large shower, roll top bath and lots of fluffy towels.
There is underfloor heating in both the kitchen and the bathroom, and reserved parking outside only for those staying in the cottage. All rooms are 'no smoking.'
