The Old Stables sit within Blake Hall’s stable courtyard, a short walk from the Hay Barn and the gardens. Three individually designed rooms (the Carpenter’s Shop, the Tack Room and the Horse Box) offer guests somewhere quiet and comfortable to retreat to when the last song has played.

A generous family room with a double bed and two singles, and an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and a shower. A good choice for parents with younger children, or for a small group who want to share the morning after.
A double bedroom with its own private terrace and en-suite shower room, close to the wedding barns and available until noon the following day. A good option for family or friends who want to be right in the heart of it on the night.

The morning after
Guests staying in the Old Stables are welcome to gather the following morning in the Apple Store, the kitchen and breakfast room that sits within the stable courtyard. There is a large farm table for those who want to sit together and talk through the night before, and a terrace outside for anyone who would rather take their coffee in the fresh air.
A continental breakfast is laid out for guests, and there is rarely much rush to be anywhere. It is one of those quiet hours that tends to stay with people.
With all rooms available until midday, it provides the opportunity to take your time and reflect on the momentous occasion.
